Events are All Sales Final. Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for a refund. 

The Touhill Performing Arts Center will not share nor sell your information to third parties. Information may be shared with event promoters and organizers of the specific event you purchased, and may also be shared if required to comply with the law or governing bodies. In the event we need business assistance from IT or financial institutions, limited information may be shared to fix issues.  

Some events being held at the Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center are selling tickets through external ticket vendors. If you have questions about which vendor is the verified seller on an event, call the Touhill Ticket Office at (314) 516-4949. If a ticket was purchased through an unverified third-party seller, we are regretfully unable to provide assistance should a problem arise.
